We'll head east out of Queen Anne Creek Park's Little Creek in Edenton, NC and go past the old Cotton Mill board-walk you'll see bald cypress shorelines & have nature at your fingertips. We'll kayak historic Edenton Bay waterfront after looping back hugging it's shoreline which gives exciting & unique views of this quaint, historic city. Paddle time: Approx. 2 hours. This charming 1 1/2 -2 hour paddle begins at the NC Wildlife Resources Commission Boat Ramp off NC 343. We'll launch via the platform or boat ramp and begin going upstream under the NC bridge and enjoy the peaceful waters surrounded by the variety of flora and fauna native to this area. This is a wonderfully calm, wind driven creek paddle with lined with many bald cypress and tupelo gum trees. You'll take out with the feeling of a pampered vacation. Truly therapeutic.
